So August has finished and what a month it’s been, coming out of lockdown on the 4th July having worked tirelessly during the closure to keep our businesses & customers businesses trading, heads above water and visible on all social platforms so not forgotten. The Drovers Arms Restaurant & Country Pub and The Castle Inn Restaurant & Country Pub have just recorded some all time records this month.

Not only a record month in sales but have smashed their daily, weekly and monthly best evers! The teams have worked and supported the businesses to not only safeguard their positions but to ensure their hard work over the years from everyone continues to make certain the businesses success following the COVID pandemic.

The EOTHO scheme has further helped to springboard the level of returning customers, who’s loyalty over the months has been exceptional.

Trading has seen a 31% increase compared to that of August 2019, driven from hard work and dedication, adapting and innovating to the changes, evolving the business around the ‘new norm’, amazing teamwork, inspirational leadership and everyone getting stuck in!

One thing that 2020 has taught us is you really cant predict what the future holds however one thing is for certain, you CAN make it happen.
